Zadar Booking Villa Franov with Pool, 10 min from the Old Town of Zadar

Villa Franov was very comfortable and conveniently located at a suitable distance from Zadar’s Old Town. The swimming pool, in particular, was extremely pleasant. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. All in all, an excellent and highly recommendable accommodation.

Geweldige locatie dichtbij het centrum met een heerlijk zwembad. Zeer betrokken en behulpzame verhuurder. De doucheslang ging stuk en werd enkele uren later direct vervangen. Tussentijds ook regelmatig contact of alles naar wens was. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met ons gezin (4 jongvolwassenen/2 ouders), waarbij de 2 volledig uitgeruste badkamers een uitkomst waren. Zeker een aanrader!

Sommige onderdelen van het huisje waren iets verouderd en het keukengerei had iets uitgebreider gemogen.

There was nothing we disliked about the property.

On arrival the water in the pool looked green and murky and the bottom of the pool could not be seen. During the stay the water quality became worse, so much so that we were unable to use the pool for 3 days, which was half the holiday!!!. The owners of the property were aware of the problem but only tried to resolve it when I raised it as an issue. They turned up unannounced on several occasions to try to resolve the problem, this was a significant invasion of our privacy. One day the owners were at the property walking around us whist we were eating lunch!!!. I spoke to the owners about our poor experience, they were rude and not at all not apologetic!!!
