Bellissima casa, molto vicina alla spiaggia, con un’ampia terrazza con vista sul mare dove fare colazione, mangiare con barbecue disponibile o semplicemente bere un caffè. Ottima ospitalità gentilezza e simpatia del proprietario Marcus, sempre molto disponibile e prodigo di informazioni. Un’esperienza da rifare!

Wir waren von dem kleinen Haus begeistert! Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Marcus, der Vermieter, war sehr nett, hilfsbereit, engagiert und auf unsere Zufriedenheit sehr bedacht. Das Haus hat eine super Lage, sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig - alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Auto kann stehen bleiben).

Lokalita byla perfektní, nádherná příroda, pláže a ubytování moc příjemné a útulné. Poklidné místo bylo pro nás opravdovým odpočinkem. V okolí je stále co objevovat, ať už se vydáte po plážích nebo do města, vždy vás na tomto místě něco okouzlí. Majitel přívětivý a místní také, určitě doporučujeme na dovolenou.

It was great. It is comfortable. We can use dishwasher and washing machine.

Amazing location (really close to the beach, pizzeria, promenade...). The host Marcus is a really serious and very nice person. Upon arrival, a small surprise awaited us from him, which was good after a long and exhausting journey. The accommodation is really beautiful and clean. I also appreciate the two toilets in the house. Since we were in September and the evenings were cooler in the house, the heating was automatically started, so it was very pleasant. The house has up to 3 floors and basically there are stairs to every room (I give this information especially for families with small children) - but it didn't bother us. I really recommend the accommodation!

Owner of the apartment is very kind person. Apartment has three + half story, on the first a bedroom + modern big bathroom, on the second a kitchen and a big terrace with view to sea, on the third level big bedroom with big double bed with view to sea, and on the thrid+half level a bedroom. Everything was ok, we loved it.

House is very clean; fully equipped. Close to the beach/supermarket/bus station/promenade. Located in a quiet street. The host is very kind and helpful.

Appartment has a really nice terasse. To be better used, some additional outside light would be nice. Location is close to the beach and city centre. Additional toilet was a plus, also we used a washing maschine a lot.

The accomodation isn’t suitable for small children (our case) or older people. It has steep stairs to the kitchen and second stairs to the bedrooms (which wasn’t clear from photos). Most of the doors couldn’t be closed (owner said it was because of the original doorhandles, but with a small child it was big problem for us). Kitchen was equiped insufficienty, for example biggest pot had volume 1,5l, there weren’t a lot of dishes also, so the dishwasher was not useful. Also I found uncleaned coffee maker with old coffee when we came in. Matresses were not very confortable for us, but that can be matter of taste. They were also constantly sliding of the bed. Airconditioning in the bedrooms was directly above the bed, so it couldn’t be used during the night. When fixing the airconditioner, owner left the repairmen alone in there, and they left our appartment open without anyone there when moving their stuff. They also left a mess in appartment, when I contacted the owner, he replied after 4days, but we cleaned it in the meantime. Apartment had a lots of useless extra- playstation, adjustable bed frames, floor heating in bathroom…, but was lacking some basic stuff. For the asking price, we expected something better, at least fully equiped appartment (with doors that can be closed) and safer stairs.
