"Exceptional"

Location wise it is very good. Not too far from the mad crowd of Malioboro, yet it is very quiet and relaxing. Surrounded by so many food restaurants. Walking distance to Alun-Alun Kidul where it is a fun piazza with many angkringan. The home itself, was very well taken care. Every room (5 rooms!) has its own bathroom. Drinking water, tea, coffee, sugar, available in the kitchen.

"Comfy little house 10 minutes away from the Kraton."

We loved the location. The house itself has 5 rooms, each with their own bathroom. There's a kitchen at the back. The neighborhood is noisy (it's the city) but the rooms at the rear of the house are quiet enough, so that was very nice. The owners set us up with a super nice driver to took us to see the temples. The house is about 10 minutes away from the Kraton, 20 minutes away from the Fort and 30 minutes away from the train station.

The house was not extremely dirty but it wasn't clean either (the kitchen sink, the floor and especially the bedsheets).
