فيلا في بونشاك نظيفه وجميلة وهي عبارة عن غرفتين نوم ومطبخ وصاله ودورتان مياه بها حديقه أمام الفيلا مخضرة وحولها أشجار متنوعه كل شي جميل ومميز وعند أسفل الفيلا يوجد نهر جميل ويمكن الوصول للشارع العام وسوبر الماركت مشيا على الأقدام خمس دقايق تصلح للعائلة والعزاب

الستائر تحتاج تغيير لانها لاتحجب الاضاءة بشكل تام

Lingkungannya sepi (tidak ada lalu lalang kendaraan), deket sungai, jd disana bisa denger suara alam yg asri, bapak dan ibu penjaga disana ramah sekali, ada halaman depan yang luas, sehingga bisa dijadikan tempat bermain anak

Terlalu banyak kaca, jd kurang nyaman walau bagus untuk pencahayaan
