Villa Monyet Java

We stayed in the Family Surf Room with three queen beds, perfect for a larger family group. Property is right across the beach, which was perfect for swimming and playing with children, the beach for surfing is a bit further out. Staff are friendly and helpful, food selection at the restaurant is not that many but enough and delicious. We recommend ordering Crispy Tempe and Chicken Satay! BBQ night with a traditional Sundanese banana leaf dinner was also incredible.

Bed mattress was a bit hard and wasn't that comfortable.

The place, the ambiance, the decor, the staffs, basically everything. Food is okay, the staffs are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay longer if I had more time. The villa is located just accross the beach. Also, we can borrow motorcycle when we want to go around.

The access is somehow kinda far from town. Seems hard to get there by public transport.

We like that it's on the quieter part.

The WiFi was not working for us. The coverage was not wide enough but then even if it reached it didn't work for us. The shampoo and the soap in the bathroom were not labeled in our room. Would like more doormat because the stickiness and the sand we ended up using our own towels for doormat.

Lovely atmosphere, great staff and breakfasts.
