Rumahnya besar, kamar luas, air lancar, dekat dengan jalan raya. Ada kulkas, dapur dan peralatannya.

1. Rumahnya menyeramkan, seperti lama tidak dihuni dan tidak terpelihara. 2. Rumput dihalaman rumah panjang. 3. Depan pagar tempat orang membuang sampah. 5 Pintu utama susah dibuka dan gagang kuncinya patah. 6. Barang-barang seperti patung, burung garuda, lemari lama, sofa yang rusak menimbulkan kesan angker (sebaiknya dibuang). 7. Flafon lapuk tidak diperbaiki. 8. Gordennya tidak rapi.
