"Exceptional"

The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of six. The location was amazing since the path next to the house leads directly into town. A short walk and didn't have to worry about parking. The washer and dryer were easily accessible and appreciated. Highly recommend Seed bakery for a breakfast pastry and the Seafood chowder at the Whitehouse 10/10

"Great for large groups or families."

Great location, close to town, just a short walk down a steep path. The rooms were big and had enough space for our group of 6. Great living room and dining room space so that we could all chill together,and we enjoyed the fire place. (Wood was not provided). Also very happy with the use of washer and dryer that had laundry soap provided.

The kitchen was dirty on arrival with dirty cloths in the sink and sticky counter tops. There is only 1 small bathroom with no shelf space, this was a bit tricky with a large group. Shower water system was also a bit tempermental, but the owner dealt with it immediately after we messaged him.

Great location. Very easy walk into Kinsale. Spacious, comfortable property.

Water pressure not great for washing up. Only one bathroom, which was not ideal with five people.

Property was high on a hill with short but steep walk to town. Not I deal for elderly or folks with health problems. Property smelled moldy and left a day early because wife and daughter were allergic. Some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Overpriced for what we got.
