poor mattresses, poor bed linen/pillows/ sticky dining table. broken glass not cleaned up from previous guest cut our guests, no teapot.

Fabulous location: a very short walk to a great market and Kinsale’s many restaurants, pubs and shops, yet located in a quiet residential area. The house is roomy, and there is a charming outdoor area. Plenty of towels.

The kitchen cabinets and drawers needed a good cleaning.
