Cluain Uilinn

Spar is right across the road,Lahinch beach is around 15 to 18 kms drive from the property and Cliffs of Moher is around 30 - 40 mins drive.

The duvet and mattress had stains all over it,didnt look clean.Bathrooms were not having latches/ keys on them and hence it poses a great concern for privacy.Bathrooms did not have sufficent supplies compared to what is offered in homestays elsewhere.Bathrooms showers broken and needs immediate replacement.There was no water pressure and hence couldnt enjoy a refreshing shower.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Strong wifi connection. Nice little private back garden.Good location. Short driving distance to the tourist attractions.

The house was not clean. There was a very bad smell in the kitchen/living room for the whole time we were there, like old spilled milk that was never cleaned. There was a bucket in the living room with old newspapers and dirt from the fire. The floors were dirty. And there was a lot of old food left in the cupboard. In the garden there was a pair of men's underwear left on the ground.

Shower heads broken in both bathrooms.

Located a 10 min walk from town which has shops, restaurants and pubs. 5 minute drine to Spanish point.

Happy enough.

Fantastic location. Very easy to walk into town, approx 10 mins, footpath all the way. When we arrived the heating was on for us, so the house was already warm; thanks for that, we really appreciated it. The house was comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay, but the facilities there (washing machine, ironing board, dish washer etc) would make it ideal for a longer holiday. There's a single bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, great if stairs are an issue. Well stocked with towels, loo rolls etc The entrance to Cluain Uilinn is opposite the petrol station which also has a convenience store. There's off-street parking in front of the house so easy to load/unload the car.

There is nothing we didn't like.
