James, our host was lovely and so helpful & welcoming, he left us some much appreciated snacks & treats, the house was very comfortable and homely, nice and near Killarney town centre. Would be happy to recommend / return

Nothing. Maybe sone slightly bigger towels, but no complaints.

Self catering house with nearby shops and a short walk into Killarney town! Plenty of eateries there. Lovely rear garden with nice view & picnic bench.

The third (single)bedroom is off the second ( double) so having to go through someone's bedroom to get downstairs for the only loo in the night isn't great for party of adults.

Everything was great!

Bathroom on main floor bedrooms upstairs. Our older lady had a harder time but we loved it here so much!

"Quiet cosy and clean house in a good location."

The location was ideal. The house was very quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. James the owner was very helpfull. It was close to town and it had parking outside the door for 2 cars. The house had everything we needed. It had a lovely safe garden.

The one bathroom was downstairs but got used to that very quickly.
