"Has great potential but in need of a make over."

Great location with a lovely view from the living room windows. Plenty of space set over 3 floors. We were a party of 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. There was ample space for us all. Apart from tea towels all the facilities needed are there. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

The property is in need of redecoration throughout. The fixtures and fittings are well worn and let the property down.

It’s not a dislike but the property is a bit tired especially the downstairs bathroom but this wouldn’t stop us returning.

The apartment was spacious, well fitted out and in an excellent location. It is a modern hotel with views of the harbour and only meets from some very nice restaurants. It exactly suited our needs for a short stay.

"Absolutely Brilliant Accommodation!"

This is the second time we've stayed at Heart of Kinsale. This property accommodates lots of people and the location is within walking distance to everything you need, the bus pickup, groceries, restaurants, etc. The property is very spacious so people can spend time in the house during the day and not feel like they are right on top of each other like you would in a hotel room. Everything was clean and in working order. Michael, the owner was very prompt with answering any questions we had and everything about the experience was great. We wish we could have spent more time here.
