Friendly accommodating host. Comfy beds, stylish rooms, quiet location. Use of garden with swings for the small children and tennis for the big ones. It was perfect for our short stay.

The property is in a lovely picturesque location. The beds and very comfortable with nice quality bedding(which is very important to me and my family) and you have everything you need for a lovely relaxing stay. Nice garden space and enjoyed the tennis court getting beat by my son most games.

Wonderful property so close to fantastic beaches. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We were in Ireland for a family wedding and this was the most perfect base! Grace had even left us a homemade loaf with little extras that were just so thoughtful.

Home away from home and then some more!! Could not fault the place, it has every single thing that you would require for a comfortable stay! The beds are super comfy, powerful showers, lots of space, and the area is quiet and peaceful, yet loads to do around the place.

Great location, close to Drogheda and all the historic East sites. Very comfortable. We stayed with 6 adults, and we all had a room with an ensuite in each. Price was very reasonable as well. Grace even left us some fresh muffins!

Loved that all rooms were ensuite. The kitchen was really well equipped and the table big enough to fit the 6 of us comfortably. We loved the artistic touches and the prints throughout the house

There was a little too many display items that reduced the space available for us.

Location was great. The Booking.com website identified the accommodation on the righthandside of the road out of Baltray and it is indeed on the left handside much closer to Baltray. It would be good if Booking.com was more accurate, but otherwise no problem. Great place to stay.
