Great location for weddings in the Castle. Clean and comfy house. Easy check in and out. Next to a lovely cafe too

Shower wasnt working correctly. Without moving the tempterature setting, it would switch from freezing to scalding A second front door key would be very handy given its a 2 bedroom house. Door could only be locked inside with the key

Location was fantastic for the Castle and the cafe down the road was great for breakfast and lunch

Such a great location in a beautiful setting, so ideal for Weddings at the Castle. The neighbours and owners were really friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The only one thing that we would suggest changing is relocating the ironing board. This is nearly fixed to the inside door of the airing cupboard but it can only be used with one bedroom door open so can’t be used while the other visitors are still in bed. Everything else was great.

The house was very clean, warm and well fitted out. We were four adults and had plenty of room for each of us. The kitchen is well kitted out. The house is ideally situated for an event at Castle Leslie. (It is however far enough away that if hairstyles or high shoes are involved, one should take a car. There is parking at the castle).

Grill pan could use a handle. One can use a pan holder, which we did, but I personally would have preferred something to hold onto. Otherwise everything was fine.
