Preston House

This surely is an exceptional house! Large rooms, plenty of space to sit and relax. Very well equipped kitchen to make your meals if you wish. Renovation is done with good taste and honoring the old house. Nice back garden too. Parking was easy, lots of parking slots just outside the house. We went to see the bog and had a nice walk there (The Abbeyleix Bog Project).

Preston house is full of character and the gardens outside are a great space to relax. Excellent location. All the local shops, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Highly recommend staying at Preston House and I would definitely stay again. 🤗

Wonderful period property in the heart of a lovely town.

The hospitality on arrival from Ross, the proprietor was great. Also you have huge freedom, the use of the kitchen and the use of the pretty outside seating area.

Beautifully kept mansion. Ultra friendly owner (Ross), who went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. Massive kitchen with free make-it-yourself breakfast. Lovely garden, also ideal for the dogs. Massive rooms with comfy beds. Felt like home. Congratulations to the owner Ross, you really made our stay truly pleasant. We will be back.
