Missing some basic facilities: no toilet roll! Key pick up ridiculous- what if we cannot get to the office by 5pm/6pm due to flight times to get keys?

"Lovely clean and comfortable house in a great location."

House very clean and great location. Good garden at the back for the dog.

Only bad point was the large bedroom radiator not working; wasn't working last time we went there either.

Convenient location

Bathroom no shower - en-suite had a very small shower not very powerful- very important for a group staying to have good showers available
