Very clean and well proportioned, comfortable . Kitchen well equipped with everything needed provided

Steep steps but younger members of family slept in bedrooms upstairs so good that there was a bedroom downstairs.

Location close enough to walk into town for restaurants and close to the racecourse along with being easy to get to by car.

Parking a bit tricky but not enough to put us off.

Excellent location for our trip to Ayr racing. Minutes from racecourse and city centre. 3 male adults but plenty space. 3 bedrooms and very spacious. Kitchen, garden, living room, parking etc
