La proximidad al mar y playa. La exclusividad en cuanto a las casas vecinas.

La caldera se encuentra en el baño de la suite principal, habia mucho olor a diesel que me ocasiono dolor de cabeza permanente durante 3 a 4 dias. Estuve a punto de pedir cambiar de casa. Es extremadamente incomodo tener la casa con olor a diesel. Por suerte al ser verano podiamos ventilar mucho pero a la noche al cerrar las ventanas se concentraba mucho el olor. Solo por este tema no volveria a esa casa. Dada su ubicacion privilegiada, la cocina deberia tener una actualizacion, el horno no anduvo, aunque rapidamente nos enviaron uno de mesa. Falta algun espacio de sombra al frente de la casa, para poder disfrutar de las vistas al mar y playa. Con poco dinero y buen diseño se puede mejorar mucho.
