+ extremely kind owner, he invited us to his wine cellar for tasting + beautiful view & garden + private fully fenced garden + no additional charge for dog + very peaceful environment

- unfortunately there were no window nets and therefore there was a lot of insect inside (mostly mosquitos and spiders) which made our stay an unpleasant experience - there is no A/C and as windows cannot be open because of missing window nets, it was very very hot in there - there is no freezer in the apartment

Not a dislike, just an idea for the owner - to organize possibility of a local breakfast - could be delivered in a basket to the facility or as a visit to a local farm.
