Perfect! Don't usually write reviews but wanted to make an extra effort here. Typhoon and Anna were amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay. Can't wait to return!

Wish I'd had more time to stay longer ;)

Великолепное место! Небольшая гостиница находится на холме. Вид с балкона на гору. Внизу рядом пляж. В апартаментах все есть. Хорошая плита, холодильник, посуда. Есть кондиционер, но не пользовались, т.к стены не нагревались днем, а вечером можно открыть дверь балкона, которая защищена москитной сеткой на всю высоту. Желающим прогуляться, выше по дороге есть тропы куда можно ходить небольшие трекинги. Самая главная ценность -хозяева Тайфун и Аня! Они главная достопримечательность! Радушные и готовые помочь во всем. Запомнился День Рождения Тайфуна, когда он по дружески собрал всех обитателей и своих друзей за одним столом! Огромное спасибо за то, что вошли в положение и оперативно согласовали с Букингом наши изменения. Каждый должен здесь побывать!

Все просто супер, одни из лучших апартаментов в которых мы жили в Турции. Замечательные владельцы, очень дружелюбные, помогали в других вопросах даже после отъезда . Можно арендовать сап борды, мопед и авто, на мой взгляд цены весьма бюджетные. В общем ставлю 11 из 10, все очень круто. Даже помогли с обменом денег, по самому выгодному курсу в турции, ни один банк так не давал, в общем просто супер.

Только хотелось бы наличие стирального порошка , раз уж есть стиральная машинка. А то покупать даже маленькую пачку ради одной стирки, как то не рационально.

Розташування добре, поруч є пляж. Квартира дуже простора та затишна, балкон з видом на гори, є все необхідне. Хазяйка Анна та її чоловік дуже привітні та завжди готові допомогти!

Єдиний мінус для нас - це розташування сан-вузла, доступ до якого є через спальню. Я спав в вітальні на дивані, а батьки в спальні. Тому мені доводилося їх тривожити, щоб дістатися ванної кімнати.

Nice apartment with the belcony, the view was great. Apartment is good equipped. The beach is not far but probably not so nice to walk there because the traffic on the road. We were traveling with small baby, the crib was provided. But it should be taken into account that entrance to the bathroom is from bedroom, so when baby sleeps it's challenging to use it not waking the baby up. And there is no microwave in the apartment, also not comfortable with baby. All other things was great.

Все было хорошо, кроме грязного дивана. Я думаю, стоит его покрыть покрывалом. Балкон очень большой с сушилкой для вещей. Есть кухня со всеми нужными принадлежностями. Газовая плита. Холодильник. Кондей. Кровать была удобной, есть розетки. По расположению не могу сказать, удачное или нет, были на машине. Парковка рядом есть.

В душе вода заливает пол, но там была швабра для сгона воды, что неплохо.

1. The apartments were reasonably large, comfortable. The large terrace overlooking the mountain was splendid. 2. The kitchen was spacious, had a large stovetop, good oven, dishwasher and washing machine - very helpful! 3. The bathroom was OK too, we had no problems with hot water mentioned in other reviews. A little tricky to regulate the temperature, but that's not a big deal. 4. WiFi was rather slow, but stable. 5. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartments (if you don't look under the beds and into the corners, they look clean :) and didn't expect extra cleaning during our stay, so that was OK for us too, but other people may find it insufficient. 6. There was a kind of dedicated parking for 4 cars outside, that was sometimes full, but you can always find another place along the street.

1. We had a major problem during our stay - electricity turned off in the entire neighborhood for the part of one day and almost the whole another day. Water supply also ended (probably, the pump turned off). At 40C outside being left without water, unable even to use toilet, no air conditioning, no WiFi etc. - it was a disaster. IMHO, hotels and apartments should have a backup power generator at least for the most critical systems (the water pump). Moreover, we didn't receive any help from the staff in this situation. They didn't inform us what's happening and when it's going to end. They didn't provide guests with bottled water etc. to survive this time. After initial warm welcome and overall good attention from the staff it was a huge disappointment. 2. The location. We visited Kaş for the first time, so we've chosen the location based on user reviews, and favored staying near to Büyükçakıl beach over staying in the town center. That was a mistake! Kaş is an amazing cozy European-looking town, pleasant to live in and walk through. The district where the apartments are situated is not alike, there are basically just dusty roads where you walk along the roadside trying not no be hit by the passing vehicles... The town center is in 20-30 minute walking distance, but most of this distance is not pleasant at all. And we didn't like Büyükçakıl beach either (too densely packed with beach chairs and umbrellas, cold springs or currents in the water), so we went by car to İnceboğaz beach (amazing one!) every day anyway. 3. The kitchen was very well equipped, but lacked even basic consumables like dishwasher tablets, washing powder, salt / pepper / oil, napkins etc. We had to find and buy all of this ourselves, and of course we didn't use the whole packages and had to leave the remainder. I don't think that providing such basic staff would cost the owner a lot, but it would be very helpful.
