Timely response from owner to query regarding parking availability. Very comfortable house with everything you need. Lovely hamper awaiting our arrival. Good location as you can leave car at house and walk.

"Positively Perfect ✨️"

Perfect Little Place in a Perfect Quiet Position with pretty courtyard garden... Very cosy... cottage like... homely ✨️ Our host was so lovely and responded to a query immediately ✨️We really appreciated the welcome goodies... a lovely surprise ✨️ Reunited with an old friend.. we hadn't seen each other for 35 years... We had the best time... as did my 2 little dog's We would highly recommend and look forward to hopefully returning for another good old catch up in the near future ✨️

Great location, clean and pleasant home and comfy bed. It had everything we needed for our stay and is in a great location for walking into Rye or driving to nearby attractions.Also a generous welcome pack provided - thank you!

Not a great view from side windows onto the backs of some shops but the pleasant little garden is visible from living room windows and is secluded if you have good enough weather to sit outside.

"Relaxed and hassle free with great location.parking and well equipped house and garden."

Great location with walked garden which was secure. Kitchen had all we needed and extras there if we wanted cereal or eggs n bacon. Love bathroom and clean bedrooms.

We liked everything, if you wanted to add anything I’d say blackout blind in main bedroom. Soap and toiletries in bathroom and salt n pepper in kitchen. That’s just being over and above though. We would definitely return as had a fabulous stay.
