Alessios Houses Mykonos Town

La posizione ottima, in pieno centro. La struttura necessiterebbe di migliorie e piccole ristrutturazioni. La pulizia è fatta in modo approssimato. Purtroppo per due volte abbiamo trovato due grandi scarafaggi al primo piano. In compenso la signora delle pulizie è stata gentilissima, disponibile e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valige in una struttura vicino al check-out, in modo gratuito.

Evin yerini çok beğendik, tam merkezde olmasına rağmen çok gürültülü değildi.

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer erhalten, dessen Badezimmer bei der Buchung als Foto angegeben war. Die Eigentümerin habe ich nie gesehen und sie hat auch nie meine Anrufe entgegengenommen. Sie hat nur Nachrichten geschickt. Leider waren im Zimmer genügend Kakerlaken. Die Ausstattung war zum Teil kaputt wie dieGlas-Duschewand bzw. ein Teil fehlte, so Wasser rauskam. Ich bin leider nicht rechtzeitig drauf gekommen, Fotos der zum Teil oben genannten Probleme zu machen.

We had to ask for the property to have another clean but once we asked, the staff were so accommodating and made sure everything was good to go.

The location was perfect for us, around all the shops/bars in Mykonos town.

We arrived when the previous guests were leaving which we were not aware of and did not appreciate. The accommodation was in a very dirty state so this was not a great first impression. We understood that check in was from 3pm but I had communicated with the host beforehand and stated our early arrival to accommodate for us and our luggage. So this was not appreciated at all. There is just 1 bathroom between max of 6 people in this accomodation and whilst we knew this, the shower is not up to standard. One of the doors was missing so a lot of the water from the shower was on the floor and made it very slippery. We all left our suitcases in the downstairs room as the stairs were very narrow to carry our suitcases upstairs to the 2 double rooms. Therefore, this is not user friendly for everyone and just worth pointing this out. The WiFi in the accomodation was not good, it was very slow and barely worked. The host was not very accommodating to queries I had when messaging. I had asked for a spare key so that we could split up into two groups of 3 and keep everyone safe and they did not respond to that and simply ignored me.
