KONTIS' Luxury Detached house near the sea

A beautiful house set in rural surroundings but walkable to restaurants - just perfect!

The property is immaculate!! If you want to feel like home and better, that is the place for you! The place is built and decorated with great style and without sparing expenses!! It is obvious that this is the house of someone that cares for quality and enjoys luxury and it just makes it available to the rest of the world. Next time I am in town I am booking this establishment without the slightest hesitation!! Thank you hosts for allowing me to stay at your beautiful house!

Absolutely fantastic! Modern, spacious and super clean. Dog friendly, with a private garden too! Kontis is super friendly, thanks so much for the lovely bottle of wine and other gifts on arrival! We will be back when we drive back from Greece to UK 😀

The location was fine for what we needed. The house was clean and would stay there again if we needed.

Very friendly & helpful owner, came to meet me to direct me to the property and provided food & wine also. Spacious lounge. Most facilities provided.

For clarification, you are not getting a whole detached house - the listing is a little misleading - it is a basement apartment IN a house on the basement floor of the house. The water was not hot but warm, even though I was told that it was not required to switch on the hot water on the fuse board.. maybe this would have helped but have no way of knowing for sure. It was difficult to shower with the separate shower head, especially when trying to wash my hair, as there was no shower head holder above head height making it very hard to have a comfortable shower while holding the shower head in one hand and trying to wash with the other. Some smaller saucepans would be helpful. There was only 1 large saucepan and a couple of frying pans.

Our host was very gracious and surprised us with a cheese and bread platter (and additional wine) when he noticed we opened the complimentary wine they provided. We had a great evening overall. The unit was also top notch. Excellent and recommended.

Extremely large two bedroom apartment.

The location is tricky for walking to the ocean.
