Extremely kind and helpful hosts, Very large and peaceful space. It was a very pleasant experience

There were a lot of spiders and insects because it was a farmhouse This was not a problem for us, but phobics should take this into account

This is our 4th stay in Sunny. I have my comments on our previous stays here, so I can write the same thing. Wonderful place in the skirts of Karidia Village, has own garden and remote controlled gate to drive in. You will pick up the keys and remote controller from the keybox as instructed in your message from the host. We had a problem with our car when we arrived, our battery was dead and it is not possible to start the car without a battery support from another source. So Paris supplied us a 100 Ah battery to start the car, I drove to the maintenance shop and bought a new battery to continue to our holiday. The hosts, Katerina and Paris were very helpful for us. We always prefer to stay here when we visited or in transit via Komotini. Just to be informed that you have to have a car as there is no public transportation. If you are looking for a silent a remote place to rest in the middle of the nature, this place is just for you.

Paris and Persephone have a lovely, quite and peaceful place just outside of Komonti with a beatiful view and a garden. They are very kind and helpful and they do everything to make your stay joyable. The communication is perfect and instructions for locating the place and check-in were super clear. Enjoying our morning coffe in their garden was just an amazing way to start a day. If you are looking place to stay away from city life this place is just for you!

Its a nice groundfloor studio, with big garden, in a quiet place. The communication with the host is very good. We stayed only 1 night, there is everything nessesary inside.

The only minus is that the property is away from the village and u should use car to go for a dinner.

Very friendly owners, clean room, safe parking, everything is what need for traveler.
