Naousa - 2BR House with Amazing View - Caper

We loved the location- easy walk to restaurants, shops, bakery, winery etc. Nice to have access to laundry. Sylvia and Eliza were quick to respond to any request.

Wish there was a clothes dryer.

Stairs and pavement getting our luggage to our stay from taxi drop was the only difficulty .

This is a delightful two-story apartment in a Cycladic village, which means they had to get creative in design and layout to fit everything in. There are stairs or a ramp/hill to get to the apartment from most directions and a few steps at the entrance. Upon entering the first floor, there is a small room with a couch, TV, separate bedroom and a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. Upstairs is another bedroom and full bath, a kitchen, and an outdoor deck with table and chairs, and a lounge seat/bed. In a small room with a separate entrance is a washing machine. As in many places, you hang clothes outside to dry (no dryer). It’s exceptionally clean. Darling. Comfortable. The bathrooms are ample, clean, and well-laid out. Same with the kitchen. Quite a few stairs in and around the property. And the stairs inside might not be the safest for young children or someone who is unsteady on their feet. Location is great—literally steps to the busy walks of the village, shopping, and restaurants. Diana was exceptionally welcoming and responsive. There was a bottle of wine and fresh peaches waiting for us. Paros is busy—alive—especially at night, and this is in the thick of it, but the few steps to the building separate it from the hustle and bustle. There is some noise at night, so you have to enjoy that element of vibrancy. All-in-all, a lovely apartment and great management.

Anything I didn’t like is a first-world problem. Oh, and parking is tough. But not impossible.

The apartment is amazing, with a so beautiful view of Noussa gulf from the terrace. Staff is lovely and professional, they will help you for everything(suggestions, transfers). 10

Location and facilities

Unfortunately the experience of the accommodation of Caper-2 was very disappointing and frustrating. I’ve booked the apartment for 5 teenaged girls, daughters of friends of mine, who during their stay, had to endure daily the presence of insects (cockroaches), in large numbers everyday, which were all over the apartment the total stay of the youngsters. When they’ve contacted the host to complain and ask for assistance, he replied that the problem was that they were leaving the window screens open and that’s why they had these terrible visitors. One key element of this apartment is its veranda, which is highly recommended and advertised online, so having the whole time the screens down to avoid “guests” is not an excuse. The host, did not try to help those girls at all and he was very unpolite and judgmental to them, by trying to find various excuses for this problem which they had not created. It seems that having to pay a hugely expensive daily rate for this apartment, the management would have taken care of that not only by trying to find a solution and not react in such bad manners, but to be more condescending to this terrible problem they were facing. The same behavior was received to one’s of the teenagers father, when he called to complain about the situation, because the girls were miserable. It would seem only fair if you pay upfront and without refund options such an expensive accommodation, to receive at least a respectful attitude by the hosts. I personally feel very embarrassed by this whole situation, since as a Genius Level-3, Iwas misled by the good comments of the apartment and I’ve suggested this accommodation to people I know.

Wonderful clean apartment and perfect location next to all the shops and restaurants! The host was super responsive and helpful as well I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paros :)
