Seaview dreams

The stay at this location was awesome and the view as its name says a „dream“. Will be back for another time, for sure!!

Very pleasant view from the apartment towards the sea. You can enjoy on the wooden sunbeds in the afternoon and just look at the sea and its distances. The seawater on the shore is very clean and welcoming for swimming. You are greeted by a such a nice and welcoming host - Nancy. She is always helpful if you need anything and she gots you covered. The whole environment is quiet and peaceful.

The sofa bed is unfortunately not done for sleeping in my opinion, it is completely unstable and you can roll over. Not sure if this property is a beachfront property. Although you can see the sea (the room is on a small hill), it is a 5 minute walk.

The view was magnificent, the main bed was comfortable, and the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, the kitchen is new and the fridge is big and new.

The wi fi is a bit slow but manageable, and if you need to work to send big files, you'll have a poblem, so it's better to use your own 4 G network

We are a family of four with two very young kids. We booked the smaller room (double bed room) which we did not realize during the booking as we just saw the images showing mostly the bigger room. The room was good and cozy although sometimes we would have loved to have more space with the kids. As a couple without kids it would be perfect with a romantic scenery, What we clearly expected is to walk up a hill for the great view on the beach. We came with a twin stroller, and we mastered to walk the steep hill up and down multiple times a day. Walking down or up took ~5-10 min with our stroller. At the end of the road is a beach but as we wanted to have beach chairs with walked another 5min. Without a stroller you can manage to walk up or down in less than 5min. The host Nancy is a very friendly and caring person. We enjoyed our stay very much and when coming back to Halkidiki we will for sure ask for a free room, but this time the bigger one. The location itself is good. One tip: We spend many times in the White Restaurant which was the most professional and friendly restaurant in the area and it's almost around the corner of this accommodation.

During the booking we did not realize that the images show both rooms. We booked the smaller room. When we arrived we wondered about the rather small place being one room with a bed and a couch. That was clearly our mistake not reading or seeing the details during the booking although I can see the images being more clearly annotated to prevent that in the future. Our room was still big enough for our two kids but mostly because we were outside all the day anyway. I would not enjoy spending a whole day in such a compact space even though the outside terrace is much more spacey. I can imagine that other folks will struggle with the steep hill. On many days we would have loved to skip the exercise having a stroller with two kids and all the beach but on most days it was fine because we knew that we have to contribute something for the great view.
