Lovely location, kind and helpful staff, it was OK for us as a couple, good value for money, we enjoyed our stay.

The weather was a bit cold! Of course we couldn't do anything about that but our host gave us more blankets if we needed them.

The dirtiest property ever visited. The rudest and most unprofessional owner ever met. Full of spiders and spider nets. Animal feces to all balconies. Very old and uncomfortable furnitures and appliances, like the sofa bed and the washing machine. Non factional dishwasher and missing iron facilities. Not mentioned in the description that the cleaning is once per week, which was totally insufficient with not professional products or equipment or staff and the given clean towels were 8 out of 10 dirty, so I asked for a change (that I managed to have after several hours) The old owner looses his temper when asked for anything to handle the mess of his property even by yelling and shouting and asking us to leave the fully prepaid property if we didn’t like it!

10 minute walk to Skala Eresou town, 5 minutes to the beach.

Small stone building sounds romantic but in fact quite run down and very very small for two people. No housekeeping service - owner said this is stated in the booking policy which I have not been able to find.

We had a warm welcome despite our late arrival. The house was really clean. The owners were quick to respond.

Ant problem which I think just lends itself to its position , I stayed last year and it was the same . Suitable for one person.. squeeze for two I would say

Nice house in very nice and quiet area, lot of nature. Lots of space. Easy walk to the beach. Somebody met us at the parking lot, guided us to the house and gave us the key. Nice balcony and terrasses. The owner was easy to reach although being in Athens.

The appliances and furniture were of bad quality and broken or near to breaking. Also, there were very scarce cutlery, dishes etc. in the kitchen. Big kitchen, but empty. Therefore we did not use the dish washer. There was no instruction where to bring the garbage or how to use the washing machine. But we called the owner and got it explained. Also, we got 2 more teaspoons and a stand to put wet dishes. Being 2 people we arranged ourselves, but it was not comfortable. Therefore the rating for facilities, comfort and value for money, although the house is very nice.

Lovely house, well equipped,comfortable sofa and chairs, large bathroom and kitchen.large rear window in lounge. Private rear patio and small balcony. Large front patio and balcony. Rural setting with 360 views. Quiet area, 5minute walk to beach with further 5 minutes to village. Soundproofing, flyscreens and roller shutters on all doors and windows. Good WiFi.

No Seaview ,local TV. 3 houses on private site, Perivoli A and B with Perivoli little stone house. cctv on outside of houses.

The property had everything needed for a short stay. I couldn't get the TV to work. other than that, it was spotlessly clean and a nice place to stay. Close enough to the beach, in a secluded spot.

An outside light that came on with a sensor would be useful, as it was very dark at night - it wasn't easy to see the door lock.
