Booked for my son and daughter arriving near midnight, and the flight was delayed, but Maria stayed up to make sure the weary travellers got to the accommodation. My daughter reported it was clean and comfortable.

Maria was a very friendly, welcoming and responsive host and quickly responded to messages even if they were late at night. Bed was very comfy. Location was good if you needing a nights stay before flying or after arriving late at night or in the early hours of the morning. But for getting back into Athens central you need to walk to the bus stop and then take the metro. Taking about an hours total. A few shops and cafes to walk to for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you do not want to go back into Athens. Just for 20 euros you can make the most of Maria's transfer services to pick you up or drop you off at the airport or she can organise a transfer/taxi for you. And can pay by card or cash.

Discovered a couple of cockroaches in the morning unfortunately. And had to hold the shower hose.

Maria was an exceptionally welcoming and helpful host. She kindly picked us up from the airport at midnight for just €20, which made our arrival so much smoother. The next morning, she also took us to the train station for only €10. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and made our trip much more convenient. Highly recommended!

Very good communication with Maria. She came to pick us up from the airport and also dropped us back the next morning. You pay extra for this but it’s worth it as a taxi would cost and having the personal touch was so reassuring. Maria was lovely and we highly recommend staying at her place it’s a perfect stopover between flights. Her place is also walking distance to shops and restaurants to get something to eat which is a definite bonus. We stayed twice.
