Lovely furnishings and place to stay. Great location and a perfect fit for what we needed

The cleanliness of the property could have been better. Lots of thick dust on table tops, floors were incredibly dirty and many lamps either without lightbulbs or bulbs that didn’t work!

"Beautiful property in desirable location"

Beautiful period building with character. Very spacious and clean, facilities well thought out with everything we needed, especially modern bathrooms (love the wet room) and kitchen. Plenty of cutlery, cups, glasses etc. Beds comfortable. TV and wifi excellent. Superb location straight out into Bath city centre and near multi storey car park. Communication with host very friendly including clear entry instructions.

As with some other reviews the street and traffic noise at night and early morning is frustrating. This is to be expected as the property is traditionally built with single glazed wooden window frames. However if you bring ear plugs this could easily be remedied. Otherwise only some advice. A few low door heights for anyone over 6 foot, easy to bang head. A couple of taps a bit wobbly not affecting the water flow. A few more waste bins in rooms would be useful.

Excellent location. Bathrooms are updated and kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable.

Noise from the delivery trucks and birds is quite loud at times, especially early in the morning. Didn’t like paying an extra $100 for early check in.

Großzügiges Haus in perfekter Lage. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, bequeme Betten. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe (70m) Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

Very central

Inside seemed a lot worse for wear than we noticed from the photos on booking .com Like most photos of places doesn’t give you a realistic look I think it was a bit over priced in my opinion

House was beautiful, great facilities and location

Smell of stagnant water was absolutely awful in wet room. Noise from delivery Lorries and workers at 6am every day
