If you are tall, the slanted ceiling in the bedroom could be a problem! No worries here!

Luxury (high end decoration), impeccable clean, easy parking, remarkable facilities, great hospitality. Everything were excellent! Comfortable beds and very spacious property. Near to the center but away from the noise. We will return!!!

There is a saying - you get what you paid for. Well, this place was not cheap and sth we would normally book due to cost ( we had no choice as this was the only available accomodation for a one night we had to spend in Sitia after late arrival by ferry from Karpathos ) but well, we felt like Leo DiCaprio on his luxury yacht. Villa is superb - spacious, clean with absolutely everything you might need. Good cold wine was waiting for us on arrival ( although we were too tired to drink it.... ), croissants and snacks for kids. The owners provided us also with SUPERB transport to and from port and communication with them was excellent, almost instant replies to all my texts/emails !

The house is amazing, new recently renovated with great taste, spacious and fully equipped. The location is in a quiet area, a stone’s throw from the village center. The host Eleftheria is a lovely person, kind and very helpful. The taxi was overloaded therefore she woke up early to take one of us to the port with her car
