ELIZABETH by Antigone

Tout d'abord, l'extrême gentillesse d'Antigona qui n'hésitait pas à nous proposer des fruits et légumes de son jardin. Le lieu était paisible, on se sentait à la campagne mais proche de la mer. La maison était très propre. Nous sommes allés 2 soirs dans une taverne avec vue sur mer, à deux pas de la maison, c'était fort agréable de s'y rendre à pied.

Absolument rien

Very comfortable semi detached apartment. Comfortable beds, bathroom. Very friendly owner and lovely garden. Quiet location. Perfect!

Antigone and her husband are the best host you can ever ask for. The house is only 40 min drive from Corfu airport, in a beautiful peaceful area. Very specious is was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or lunch and we got every day fruits and vegetables from the garden. The terrace and garden are big and perfect for kids to play or to sit and relax. The restaurant just 2 minutes away has the best views and also great food options. One beach and beautiful water to swim in is walking distance. There are other sandy beaches with just short drive away. We stayed at Antigone only 5 days but I wish we had stayed there longer , it’s so relaxing and peaceful place.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The owners were really nice and pleasant, always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We felt welcome since the first moment that we arrived, we loved the hospitality that they gave us since the first moment, and they helped us with anything we needed during our stay, thank you for all!

It is a wonderful located house. The road passes trough olive gardens and is nearby a lake. In front of the entrance to the property there is a very well placed bench with a wonderful view over a small bay. Inside the property we admired the flowers and had a belly full of hand picked kumquats. Although we stayed just two nights, we will cherrish the short stop as one of our nicest memories. And the host family was very warm and welcoming. We would love to return here someday.

The apartment is wonderfully peaceful, set in such a quiet part of Corfu. There is no noise of cars, just wildlife and at the end of the drive the sea. There is a little bench at the end of the drive looking out to sea where we watched the sunset. Our hosts were so generous, we had a bbq one evening and as well as providing everything we needed for the bbq we were given fresh fruit and veg from the garden to grill. Delicious! The hosts were also great with local recommendations for where to get food and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean, including all of the crockery and pots and pans. It felt as if all stress melted away while we were there. Would have loved to have stayed longer.
