Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool in bester Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu zwei schönen Stränden und zu einer guten Taverne. Gut ausgestattet mit allen Dingen, die man für den Alltag benötigt. Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern und Terrassentür sind sehr nützlich.

Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Info gewünscht, zB zur Anfahrt oder dass regelmäßig geputzt wird. Die Möbel waren zum Teil sehr abgenutzt und kaputt.

Manque de Propreté dans toute la maison (poussières, cheveux, araignées) : absence d’Aspirateur ou de balai d’intérieur, la femme de ménage ne dispose que d’un balai extérieur car la propriétaire ne fournit pas le matériel nécessaire Équipements vieillissants (par exemple l’allumage de la bouilloire fait sauter les plombs) Il serait appréciable d’avoir des produits de base pour la cuisine (huile d’olive, sel, poivre) Emplacement difficile à trouver à l’arrivée, informations peu précises dans le guide Guide d’accueil / information pas assez détaillé et pas de recommandations touristiques

Location amazing

Plastic flowers. No attractive or even Greek finishes. Peculiar design

Location: Walking distance to Levracio and Loggos Port.

Local taxi couldn’t find house because GPS coordinates took us to different beach/ location (were wrong). Why didn’t they just give a basic instruction: ‘drive to end of Levricio Beach, turn right, house is second on left after 100meters from beach’ Driveway up hill not finished (and not useable by taxi) so had to carry our luggage (4 x heavy suitcases) up hill from road. Pool wasn’t cleaned, had mould on internal walls. Chlorine float had broken lid so kept falling off. We had to broom and clean internal walls ourselves before using for first time. Both terrace umbrellas broken so couldn’t sit outside (in sun) until one umbrella base was replaced toward end of stay. I asked if there were towels for pool/beach and the hostess said a blunt ‘no.’ use one towel each for showers, pool and beach Noisy air conditioning in both rooms (needs service)? Not even a bottle of water in fridge to welcome us.

Great location. Minutes walk from two separate beaches as well as the charming town of Loggos. Nicely appointed kitchen, clothes washer, bedrooms have aircon, and the pool area is lovely.

The location and amazing pool. So close to a beautiful taverna and 2 minutes from 2 beaches and only 10 minutes walk into loggos . Nice and quiet location.

Just felt it needed a villa manual stating instructions . I E do not drink tap water , do not put anything down the toilet, how to use air con and there was no villa sign on the road stating where the villa was .

The location is excellent, 200M to one of the best beaches on Paxos and a good restaurant, yet very quiet and private. After traveling all over the island it would be had to find a better location. The house is very nicely designed and the pool is great.

Property management was mixed. When we arrived there were no instructions on using the house, wi-fi passwords, tv or anything else, and the outdoor furniture had not been cleaned. After calling the UK support number several times we got the password but then found that the internet did not work. Despite many messages to support, it was not fixed until halfway thru our four day stay. Also, when the property manager arrived to look at the internet we asked if the tap water was ok to drink since other places we'd visited in Greece had said no. She said not to use tap water for drinking or for coffee or tea. That should have been known upon arrival. A simple page of instructions on how to use the house would have avoided these frustrations.

Everything was perfect! Clean, cozy, and well-equipped villa! Also, amazing outdoor area with a private swimming pool! Highly recommended!
