One of the amazing apartments that I ever rented.. Everything was perfect our host was very friendly and very helpful.. I would love to comeback one day..

everything was perfect. location is close to Como. Monia would check in with us every little while to see how we were doing. the house is meticulous and very quiet. everything you could possibly hope for in a peaceful holiday

The property is ideally located in the hills above Como, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the lake in a very peaceful setting. The house is incredibly well-equipped, with everything you need and more. We had the pleasure of fresh eggs from the owner's chickens (don't worry, they don't make any noise). The air-conditioning in the living room/kitchen is much appreciated, especially in hot weather. The terrace allows you to relax while enjoying the incredible view (umbrella pines, hill). Monia is always available if we have any questions, and the magazines prepared for us are a great help.

No air-conditioning in the 3-bed room (although a fan is available).

The property is immaculate, beautifully decorated and the extra touches such as freshly laid eggs, staples in the cupboard and Aperol were a lovely surprise. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Very clean. so much attention to every detail. fridge and pantry were well stocked and there was ample information on how to get around. Our host Monia was a darling and was always available to help wherever we needed. felt like we ere staying with friends rather that at a paid accommodation.
