Had a really great time staying here. Check in was extremely smooth despite us arriving late, great communication with both Carlo & Cristiano. Beds were comfy and exactly what we wanted. View was fantastic and worth the 100 steps! Great location as the main como town was a short walk away. Fantastic value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Gaan vuilniszakken en keukenlinnen aanwezig ondanks melding bij eigenaar. Er staat een zwembad op de foto maar die was in geen velden of wegen te vinden

The views are amazing! It’s very spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was great too.

There a LOT of stairs, and getting taxis around Como to drive you up halfway was impossible. But they do mention the stairs in the description so can’t complain, it’s good to bear these in mind for people who aren’t in the best shape. Overall the stay was great, the apartment is great, and the views were amazing.

Fantastisk uteplats med excellent utsikt över Como och Comosjön. Bra boende med kök och två badrum samt möjlighet till tvätt.

Allt var bra…

Fantastic views over Como and the lake from the terrace, balcony, and living room. Kitchen was really well equipped and clean. Had everything you needed to cook meal. Beds were very comfortable, and plenty of room to relax around the house. Pool was quite cold, but lovely to relax in during the sunny day.

Although it’s advertised the walk to the house from the town is long and steep. Do not underestimate it! Although the view is worth the climb. There was some mould in the showers.

The entire apartment smelled like a damp basement. There was hidden mold under the paint and visible mold in the bathroom and kitchen lower cabinet. There were 8 of us, 1 with a mold allergy og 2 with asthma.
