this should be removed from booking.com

so dirty place I have seen not often. We stayed one night just for sleeping and because we wanted to give this place a chance but the next day we decided to leave. the kitchen is not hygienic but it can happens sometimes in India so we just aksed to clean the rats poo to the service lady. Fridge was full of mold and we asked to clean it as well. Last but not least during night music started till 11pm. The best was yet to come: the hotel manager arrived the next morning because we decided to contact booking and leave and was very agressive claiming he owns lot of propertiers, that he was manager for MSC or whatever company he worked for, ver weird guy. We felt so bad this guy should be humble and apologize. Most of all was irritaging his behaviour and that after showing him the amenities and pictures described on booking.com but missing he kept his unfriendly behaviour. We have been in the last years in many places in India but this is definitely the worst, no dubts. Please make yourself a favour and avoid this SCAM.

It was a really nice pretty little cosy cottage under the stars! The service was really good and the restaurant ‘Black Crab’ on the property provided us with delicious food and really good room service.

The property was spacious with a lovely restaurant situated next door. The staff were friendly and helpful and Jackson the owner was delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Location was near a old fort with fantastic views of the sea.

"Great cottage with a great host"

Host Jackson is amazing. He was helpful in all aspects. He also runs own resort and restaurant called Red Crab Resort which is magnificent and wonderful too. The cottage was cute, little and clean and is located just few ft away from Cabo De Rama fort. Cape Goa sunset point and restaurant is just about 20 min walk. Must stay property.

Cottage is old. There are lots of street dogs around it which is scary.
