"Ideaal voor een fietsvakantie, buitengewoon aardige mensen."

We werden heel prettig ontvangen, kregen meteen een rondleiding door het appartement. De fietsen konden in het schuurtje. "Op slot is niet nodig, hier wonen alleen eerlijke mensen." We hebben een dag harde regen gehad, maar we voelden ons niet opgesloten. Weids uitzicht. Achter de boerderij is een stukje natuurgebied gelaten, waarop we zes rietorchissen gevonden hebben. De gastrheer spreekt met passie over zijn land. Via een voormalige spoorweg (de "Baronnenlijn") op fietsafstand van enerzijds Paleis Het Loo en Apeldoorn en anderzijds de IJssel. Als je werkelijk fietsambitie hebt kun je Hattem (en dus Zwolle) bereiken via dat spoorlijntje de andere kant op (hebben wij niet gedaan).

"Had a great birthday celebration, with visits to Veluwes Bron, and great walks!"

It was my birthday, and I got beautiful flowers from the garden. The area was fantastic, only problem were the small roads, which changed names, so was hard to find the places. Especially, without a navigation. The hosts daughter is a physiotherapist for dogs! Found this interesting!!

Please be aware that no bath towels are provided. The rest was well equiped!
