"A great escape to a very cosy, peaceful environment, but this was out of season."

Great log cabin in a lovely environment surrounded by trees, it was peaceful and quiet. Very generous and much appreciated welcome pack. Great to have a log fire which added to the whole atmosphere of the escape. The cabin is well stocked with mostly everything you might need. Plus easy communication with the landlord who also offered links and suggestions to restaurants and supermarkets. Just a short walk to a long deserted beach.

Some of the windows didn't close properly, it's a log cabin after all, and this didn't completely seal out the cold air.
