"Nice house, needs a little TLC"

Nice location, only a 5 minute walk to most shops and restaurants. Lovely garden, sadly didn't get to enjoy due to the weather.

The bunk beds are for children, too small for my daughters, looked much larger in the photo. Poorly equipped kitchen, only 4 forks/knives. No washing up liquid provided and only 2 dishwasher tablets and 1 t-towel. Mould in en-suite bathroom, cracked tile in shower. Sofa and living room furniture incredibly uncomfortable.

Spotless . So welcoming . Had everything we needed and more. Each room was beautifully furnished and very practical . It had room for 2 vehicles on the driveway which was a huge plus.

"The Croft made an excellent base and was great to come "home" to . We had a lovely stay."

The host came to meet us when our sat nav took us to the wrong place and took us to the house. He was friendly, helpful, and made good suggestions for activities and places to eat. The house was very clean and comfortable with a good outdoor space, and minutes from the centre of Holt.

A bit more information for guests would be helpful.
