"Excellent home for staying in Holt and exploring Norfolk area."

Location was excellent, just off main road, but in very quiet area. Three to five minutes easy stroll to the high st, plenty of cafes restaurants, shops etc. Very modern and well appointed 3 bedroom home.

Nothing of note.

"Lovely house, great base for exploring North Norfolk."

Lovely house, nicely decorated and well situated for walking into Holt and driving further afield. The house is comfortable and well equipped for self catering. Garden is great for relaxing dining out of an evening. Great communication with the owner Leon who responded immediately when there was a minor problem and was very helpful. Thanks for providing a perfect base for our family for a memorable 70th birthday weekend!

The creaky upstairs floors, but would be a big job to fix!

"Relaxing and nostalgic."

The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. VERY comfy beds and sitting room. It was good to be able to walk into Holt and the range of eateries and independent shops was a real bonus.

The house is in a fab location right in the centre of town. The house was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden is a super spot for sitting outside. The beds are comfy. The wifi works well. And good communication from the owner. Thank you.

Perfect location for the centre of Holt. Very clean and very well equipped.

The beds although comfortable are small doubles so a little too small for two.
