My recent stay at this property was really nice. The property gives you good value for your money, and it's great for a short stay. It's a bit far from the city center, around 15-20 minutes by travel. But, it's close to Mydin Mall and a bus station, which is convenient. The house is nicely decorated, and it's got everything you need like a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and TV. Every room has a fan and air conditioning, and the beds are really comfy. All in all, it's a cozy place to stay with everything you need.

Well maintained property. Coway water filter is good. Fridge is good. Washing machine is good. Bed are comfy. Rooms a/c is good. Living room is comfy. Check in n out super convenient. Location is in peaceful neighborhood.

No water heater is 2/3 bathroom. Dead Cockroaches in toilet and kitchen. Towels are little dusty. Room doors squeaks.

"Perfect stay for 6 persons!"

The house is big. It is equipped with everything needed for you to stay. Hot and Cold Water, cups, plates and cutlery. You will find much more things in the kitchen, which to me was nicely equipped. Towels were also available. You will also be able to wash your clothes as there is a washing machine with detergent in there. The owner was super helpful in giving all instructions and was easy to communicate also. If you want to get your keys, just text the owner and all information will be sent to you.

I mean, the location is quite secluded. Is not even a complaint actually. The area is super peaceful.

"magnificent"

I love that the property is really clean and spacious. the house is also in superb condition and feels very airy.

The only downside was the water pressure of the house. It was too slow for a proper shower.
