Pervolia House Private Pool Near Airport

The facilities at the property were fantastic. The swimming pool was a great size and the outdoor space was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of room with games area, sitting area, dining area, BBQ, outside fridge freezer, sunbathing areas and toilet and shower facilities all outside. Nothing was forgotten or left out. All the bedrooms were a great size which obviously includes the large Jacuzzi in the main bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped including an all important coffee machine. TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney+ channels. Really was a fantastic place to enjoy and relax in the sun. Our host Samatis was the absolute best. He greeted us on our arrival and then treated us to food which he ordered and collected. He cleaned the pool area early every morning and was on hand if anything was needed or help was required. At the end of our stay, he was very keen for us to use his near by house to freshen up in before our late flight home. We couldn’t have wished for a better host. Thank you Samatis.

There was nothing about the property that we didn’t like. Only slight issue was driving in and out of the drive onto a not busy but quite fast road. Greek drivers aren’t keen to wait for you while the automatic gate opens and closes.

The host is extremely pleasant and helpful. His role exceeds all expectations.

The whole of the holiday was perfect thanks to the best host Stam, he went above and beyond for us and there was nothing he wouldn't have done for us to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! The villa is a short trip to the local shops in Kremasti which was handy to have and Stam helped us sort taxis to visit Rhodes old town, the supermarket and even gave us a lift from time to time! The facilities in the villa are just like been at home, it has everything you need and more which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. There's a good selection of takeaways nearby too if that's something you're looking for and at a very reasonable price. By far the best holiday we've had as a family and we will no doubt be returning! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that home from home feeling, thanks again Stam👍🏻

What an amazing gem. This villa experience was top tier. The owner was so accommodating, very friendly, and helpful. the indoor & outdoor facilities were great, especially the bbq. The interior decor was unique in every room, clean and spacious, and the jacuzzi was one of many wonderful features, including the fireplace and mode lightening throughout. My guests thoroughly enjoyed their visit here. The local supermarket, restaurants, is 3 mins down the road. All it needed was an option to heat the pool and a large signboard on the main road, as you could miss the villa. The villa is best suited for a family/solo/couples as the main shower and toilet are located in the bedroom with the jacuzzi. But the villa also has an outside shower and toilet. I would highly recommend it and would stay again and again.

We had an amazing stay at Pervolia House. The villa is very well equipped, with a beautiful modern design. The Jacuzzi was great and the outside is very large with a beautiful pool, barbecue and ping pong table. The villa is close to the airport but you don’t hear the airplanes so this was very practical. It is in a central location so it is was good starting point for many attractions on the island. Our host Stamatis was super friendly, making us feel at home, and cared about our every needs right away.

The property was incredible! Exactly what the pictures show! Everything was very clean, lots of towels and robes. The pool, hot tub, darts and ping pong were phenomenal, we even ended up playing beer pong one night. Loads of cups, plates and cutlery and other utensils there even was a spice box! The outside bbq was also so very nice to have. There was 7 of us and it didn’t feel cramped at all, plenty of space! The pool was cleaned daily and we had a very warm greeting with beer and wine waiting for us on the fridge! Even though we arrived late at night the host came round to show us the functions of the villa and it was the warmest greeting/welcome I have experienced. The host was available 24/7 and helped us out with everything we needed and I knew I could message him about anything at any time. Eveything was honestly so perfect 100000000/10 thank you so much! We will definitely coming back! <3

We had a great time at the Pervolia House! . Esoecially like the pool/bbq area! The villa is vety spacious! The host was the best! Very friendly and helpful. Would definetly recommend! Wonderful villa!

Wow what a wonderful stay at pervolia House. Everything was just perfect the accomodation the pool the outside space you could not ask for more. Special thankyou to the owner Samadis for recommending restaurants places to visit nothing was to much trouble a real gentleman he even came over for a barbecue one evening. Can't recommend this place enough absolutely fantastic.

We liked everything. Everything was perfect and nice. Clean place, well equipped, very nice and helpful Owner. I recommended it ,and we are all very happy to do it again.
