Krasne ubytovani, kde jde videt, ze se o nej majitele staraji a pravidelne udrzuji. Vse bylo ciste, pekne, moderni, plne vybavene. O bazen se nam pravidelne brzy rano starali, aby byl krasne cisty. Pani majitelka/hostitelka je neskutecne laskava a prijemna. Prekvapila nas domaci vypestovanou zeleninou, nebo vybornou buchtou ke kave. Byli jsme zde moc a moc spokojeni, muzeme jen doporucit a radi se sem vratime. Dekujeme moc za nadherny pobyt.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the attitude and behaviour of the owner of the house. We rented the house for a week because we wanted to have a family holiday in Croatia. In fact, the description of the house stated that it was for 10 people, but we were convinced that this restriction only applied to adults and not children. On arrival, however, the owner told us that a maximum of 10 people, including children, could be registered in the house, claiming that it would be illegal to register more people. As a result, late at night on arrival, we were forced to find additional accommodation for family members who could not register in the house, which was very stressful and inconvenient for us. Once we had found accommodation, the owner told us that additional people could stay in the house, but that it would cost an extra €200 per person per week (it is interesting that for extra money, registering more people is no longer illegal for the owner 😜). We were also told by the owner on arrival that guests were not allowed in the house for more than 3 hours a day, so family members living outside the house could not spend as much time with us as we wanted, and we were going on holiday to spend time together! There was no information about this rule in the offer description, so the offer was not in accordance with the contract, which is illegal. A huge disadvantage of this house is that the owner lives in the house next door, and from her windows and terrace she has a view of the rented house, including the garden and pool, so you feel like you are in the Big Brother show. Complete lack of privacy! Furthermore, during the check-in process, the owner took photos of our IDs with her smartphone without our knowledge or consent, which is against EU law (GDPR). She only removed the photos of the IDs when we strongly asked her to do so. Please also note that the owner does not accept pets, even very small ones, in the house.
