Holiday Home Manuela

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i komfortowo wyposażony domek. Do plaży 4 minuty, a jednak cicho i spokojnie można było odpocząć po męczącym dniu. Obok budynku jest parking, więc nie musieliśmy szukać miejsca do zaparkowania. Po drugiej stronie ulicy piekarnia z wybornym pieczywem, po które co rano ustawiały się kolejki oraz sklep z owocami, warzywami i napojami. Restauracja bardzo blisko. Na miejscu grill, z którego mogliśmy korzystać. Przemiła i bardzo pomocna właścicielka.

Tolles Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch Manuela auch unserer Hunde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das einzige Manko ist die Nähe der Straße. Vielleicht entscheidet sich Manuela von der hinteren Terrasse einen kleinen Durchgang in den kleinen Garten zu machen, dann hat man richtig Ruhe.

Viaggio in famiglia, 2 adulti e 3 bambini. Ottimi gli spazi. Casa pulita, accessoriata in tutto. Tre terrazzi spaziosi. Vicino alla spiaggia! Nelle vicinanze panificio, market e farmacia. A pochi km da Fasana e Pola. Ritorneremo presto! Grazie mille Signora per la sua cordialità e gentilezza!

Location close to a very good bakery and two shops selling groceries. Appartment quite large, kitchen equipped with all necessary appliences. Washing machine in bathroom.

Location right next to a very busy crossroads (of roads leading to Pula, Fazana and the beach), with heavy traffic from early morning to late evening. During our 4 days stay there was even a car crash there... Although the appartment has 2 terraces and a balcony, one of them faces the ugly parking lot of a nearby company behind the house (and a small patch of unkept grass which was supposed to be a garden?), and the other two face a busy crossroads directly in front of the house. This makes all of them almost useless. If you like to have breakfast or dinner on a balcony of your appartment, listening to the sounds of Croatian nature - forget it. You will hear engines and breathe fumes instead! The appartment is 1 km from the beach - we could walk there, but the problem is that once again - the road is very busy, and in large part has no pavement, so we opted to drive to the beach instead for safety reasons. Thirdly, I understand that the times when your host would provide you with some fruits and other local stuff in Croatia are long gone (we've traveled to Croatia many times over past 25 years and have seen the level of service deteriorate constantly over time - choose Bosnia instead!), but to find not a single bottle of water, not to mention basic stuff like salt in the kitchen, is unacceptable for us. At least we didn't have to bring our own toilet paper... And finally - all of this comes at a price of 150 eur/night. Sorry Croatia, but it has gone too far - there are so many options at much better prices in this part of Europe. We will not return.

Nice town house . Fully equipped with everything you need to make stay comfortable and safe.

To close to the road . Sometime feels like they will drive into the front yard where is the outside dinning area. Didn’t like that found scorpion sitting under the bag in the front of the house/dinning area.
