Der große Pool und die gut ausgestattete Küche

Host was super friendly and the property was super practical and had a superb view. The location is a bit outside Porec and has a very good shop and a few popular restaurants in walking distance. Great pool, yes it is shared, but not too many using it at the same time so you will get alonetime in the pool if you want. Nearby beaches are a few, we particularly loved the one just north of Porec center (just a 10-15 minutes drive). We had a few thunderstorms coming through, but the storms were during the evening and nights - the view from the property was excellent for some storm fotography. :) 99% of the time the weather was excellent and stable. Complementary wine, juice and a small gift at departure. We felt very welcome and would love to come back. Just a great stay! Some remarks, just so you get informed if you consider this property. The description does not describe that one bedroom is through a separate entrance downstairs. For us not a problem but for parents with small kids this could be an issue. The separate room has no aircon, but since it is downstairs the room is quite cool even in 35 degrees celcius (daytime). One of the bedrooms in the main flat also does not have aircon, but opening the door to the living-room cools the room down if is very hot. The description also says fenced pool, but the fence is only around the property, not to protect kids from the pool. For us not a problem since we have older kids. Languages spoken is german (excellent) but very basic skills in english. Not a practical problem though.

I would prefer non-smoking and better mattresses for sleeping. No aircondition in two bedrooms. Must say there was no smell from smoking so this was not a problem. Better mattresses would be a needed upgrade.

Eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft mit einem großen Pool. Auf der oberen Terrasse kann man super frühstücken und den Blick auf das Meer genießen. Die untere Terrasse ist perfekt für einen Tag am Pool, da man von dieser aus direkt zum Pool gehen kann. In Gehweite befinden sich drei sehr gute Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt inkl. Metzgerei und Bäckerei. (Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Zardin) Porec und die zahlreichen Strände sind innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ana Marija ist eine sehr gute und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir können das Holiday home Mateo sehr empfehlen.

Die Beschilderung zum Haus könnte etwas besser sein. Wir haben das Haus leider nicht sofort gefunden. Ein Staubsauger oder großer Besen fehlt noch in der Ausstattung.

Die Baustelle in Kastelier

Obiekt bardzo duży, zadbany, właścicielka niezwykle miła i pomocna. Basen jest dużym atutem, nawet kiedy korzystają z niego osoby z pozostałych apartamentów to zawsze znajdzie się chwila gdzie basen masz tylko dla siebie. Niczego nie brakowało (pod względem wyposażenia) kuchnia bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona we wszystkie sprzęty (czajnik, zmywarka, piekarnik, toster, garnki i wszystko co potrzebne by móc samodzielnie gotować), łazienki czyste (pralka), sypialnie zaopatrzone w wygodne, duże łóżka, taras również jest dużym atutem, na którym można siedzieć do późna. Lokalizacja wprawdzie może nie przy samym morzu ale je widać w oddali, a na sam widok też nie można narzekać, bo widać zieleń dookoła i pobytowi towarzyszy cisza, a autem szybko jest się w stanie dojechać i do morza i do większego sklepu na zakupy.

Najlepiej pamiętać o jakichś zabezpieczeniach przed komorami, gdyż są one jedynym minusem trudnym do zwalczenia (w oknach są siatki przeciw owadom jednak kiedy przebywa się na tarasie to i tak ma się z nimi doczynienia).

Super sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. In diesem kleinen Dorf kann man sich sehr gut zurück ziehen und hat trotzdem alles was man braucht. Die nächste größere Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Meer sind nur wenige km entfernt und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Allgemein haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt♡

Der Pool muss geteilt werden;) Das war aber nicht schlimm.
