Modern and Cozy little House Mia

We were greeted at the property by the owner, Ana, who spent a considerable time explaining all the features of the property and grounds to us. Even after Ana left, we were able to contact her with any questions and got almost instant replies. It's difficult to imagine a more helpful, generous and invested host of a property! The property has everything you need and more besides. Everything is very clean, comfortable and works without any issues. The conversion of the house uses every inch to maximise space so that it never feels small. There is spacious parking, two working terraces, an open braai area and a wonderful bar area that has a superb ice machine! The pool is spotless and warm and has a cover to retain heat and keep leaves out. The air conditioning worked brilliantly and quickly. It's a rural location so you will see the villagers working with animals and produce. The location is 5 mins drive from Lidl and Tommy supermarkets and about 26 mins to central parking in Split centre. There are good beaches at Dugi Rat - less crowded and clear water. Pack swim shoes! Overall, a great place, made even better by Ana's enthusiasm and kindness!
