Comfortable, well furnished, spacious with 170 steps from the sea. Great tarrace with the view on the lavenda plants, figs and other plants that given a lot of privacy when you enjoy your means outside on the tarrace.😀The garden and outside area is perfect. You can park your car in the shade on the driveway. Short driving distance to Novalia supermarkets

"Beautiful villa"

Villla is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just about 100m from a nice beach. There are also few spots where you can watch beautiful sunsets on a sunny evenings. It´s very well equipped villa and very clean. Excelent new TV, bigger than the one in the photos.

It would be nice to have air condition in every bedroom, not just in the kitchen / living room.
