Final way to house could be better, not good for sports car..

Absolutely exceptional accommodation for anyone looking for complete privacy. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need. Super comfortable beds and only olive groves all around. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to the sea, clear water, beautiful swimming, possibility to buy snacks or make small purchases in the local shop.You can use the outdoor grill, shower, sun loungers, relax. Owner was helpful, advised when needed, communication without problems. We would be happy to return anytime.

The driveway is a bit of an adrenaline rush but it can be managed. I understand that it's a price to pay for total privacy and as I wrote, the road can be managed with a bit of driving skill with a regular car.

Extraordinary place! Everything very clean, beautiful, fully equipped. Very friendly owner always ready to help with everything. I just simply fell in love with the stone house, the outside shower, the olive trees... Even the access road was fun after all... Thank you for keeping it real.

Stunning location, remote by car and isolated from other houses set in amongst olive groves yet only a 5 minute walk from the beach (with snack kiosk and bar) and a further 5 minutes into the village as such. The house itself is beautifully built and designed with a lovely terrace and outside oven/seating area. It is a 1km drive along a stony and dusty track through the beautiful bushes and trees. Luka is a wonderfully quiet little village and it is easy to then drive south to Telascica NP where we hired kayaks from Taxi Frka and to Sali where we took a boat trip around Kornati Islands. The owner and his father and son were really helpful in all correspondence, meeting us, letting us arrive early and even bringing us beautiful home-grown tomatoes!!

The Hotel Luka in the bay is unfortunately quite loud with disco music easily heard up at the house in the evening but it didn’t finish late and whilst the tranquility of the setting was a little dampened, it was quite funny to listen to! Unfortunately the twin room didn’t have air conditioning and it was so hot it was really needed, but the owners kindly gave us a fan at least.
