its like a brand new house, very good interior, nice parking, comfortable beds+couch, nice eating area, clean kitchen, big fridge, even a dishwasher and enough dishes for multible meals for a normal family. Also nice terrace and a big spacious living-room. Two bathrooms with each a toilett and a sink, but only one shower. Also there is a very clean Instructions-manual for all devices in the house.

There is not really any negative sides. Only things thats missing is a bit more storage space for clothes.
