Kiváló környezet! A szállás nagyon tiszta volt, minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelve. Kéréseinknek a szállásadó maradéktalanul eleget tett. Az átvétel is simán ment.

Ízlésesen felújított, és barátságosan berendezett kényelmes házikó a szőlőhegyen. Békés környezet, balatoni panoráma. A ház minden szükséges eszközzel felszerelt. A felső szintet a légkondicionáló még a hideg téli napon is teljesen jól befűtötte. Autóval nekünk könnyen és jól megközelíthető volt. Szívesen visszamennénk nyáron is. :)

Az emeleti fürdőszoba ablakra jól jönne egy árnyékoló.

Az elhelyezkedés pompás, a kilátás a Balatonra szuper.

Hangos klíma. Télen nem a legjobb, hogy csak ez a fűtési mód van. Bejárati “ajtó” (présház ajtó, ami szép) erősen hézagosan zár, a meleg intenzíven “szökik” kifelé.

It was our second stay at this place. We love the location, the somewhat remote feeling of the place, and the general layout of the house and how well-equipped it is for longer stays. It is also easy to navigate to, and all the surrounding area is easily accessible: hiking trails, small towns, markets, restaurants, and obviously Lake Balaton, which is about 10 minutes by car.

Some of the furniture and other accessories (such as the shower head) need to be replaced or fixed as currently they are either loose or could break easily in the future. We also had to replace one of the bulbs in the bedroom (there was none in the lamp) using one from another room. Also, the only thing we actually don't like at all and tried never using was the upstairs bathroom as it's too tight and impractically built (the toilet is hard to sit on due to the roof and also the immediate proximity of the shower door, while taking a shower is also kind of uncomfortable due to that moving door in such a tight place). Otherwise, these are not very big issues since it was only the 2 of us, but if the house would be fully booked with 6 or so people, the above may cause some inconveniences. In any case, the downstairs bathroom is perfectly fine. Also, to our surprise there's now a not very nice looking wooden fence blocking the view from the terrace next to the front door. Last year it wasn't there. We believe it was due to the closeness of the neighboring house (which is right next to this house) and probably some dispute between the owners (?) or to make the two properties more private and separate. However, now it just looks weird. Otherwise, you can walk a few meters away and see the same view from the conveniently placed garden table.
