Overall enak nyaman.. smua ada.. serasa dirumah sendiri.. air, peralatan masak, TV, karaoke.. dll..

Air panasnya hanya di kamar mandi bawah.. kamar mandi atas gak ada air panasnya.. dan juga lokasinya.. agak susah nyarinya soalnya..

"Nice spacious villa to pass time at but not so much when it comes to comfort."

The location is very close to the center of Batu City and so many people selling food are passing in front of the property so getting food is no issue even if we don't want to get out or order online.

The building is showing it's age. Needs a bit of rennovation. The shower only available in 1 bathroom, and the hot water can't be warm enough for us to bath comfortably.
