Lovely ballina townhouse

The kitchen was lovely and really well equipped. Lovely comfy beds and sofas. We were staying for a wedding in the town, so the iron and ironing board were really appreciated.

Just one one toilet, which was downstairs. Not a dealbreaker but worth noting.

Facilities were great, smooth process from start to end. Walking distance from town including lots of places to eat.

The only issue we had was that all the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, so any mobility issues or using the stairs when sleep at night was a little bit tricky. But a very common issue for Ireland, not necessarily just this property. A sofa bed downstairs would add some flexibility for people who struggle with stairs in the middle of the night.

The kitchen was really good, beds and pillows were good, walking distance to town, parking outside the door, the amount of light though the windows, the central heating was good, overall it was extremely comfortable

Traffic noise in the front of the house during the working day, lack of a colander in the kitchen, needs a towel rail in the bathroom as there is nowhere to put a damp towels even a hook on the door would be good, the drain on the shower was extremely slow one ended up paddling in water, the TV said satellite channels I could only find eight, I think that the back garden could do with a gate to stop unauthorised parking

Great location, easy parking, clean and comfortable. The walk in shower was great for my disabled partner.

It could have done with a few more plates and bowls and maybe a few more cooking utensils but that was really the only slight niggle. It didn’t really affect us as we ate out but for a longer stay it would have been a bit tricky cooking a full meal.
